Margo's Inc. accepts Master Card, Visa, and Debit cards. Once you have selected the method of payment you most enter the card number, month and
year of expiration. All information is entered on a secure site. See Privacy Policy for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

Your Business is important to us. Only lingerie without thong or pantie can be returned for exchange, or merchandise credit, within 5 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and all tags must be attached. Because of federal health codes all intimate apparel and eatable items are not returnable.
The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.

All returns must be approved before returns will be accepted. Please call Returns for RMA number at (313) 863-8552 or email us at
CustomerService@margosinc.com enclose your order number, and reason for exchange or return. All returns shipping charges must be paid for in
advance no items will be excepted cod. For your protection insurance should be purchased in the amount of the item. Send returns to:

Shipping

All orders are shipped ground UPS or Federal Express sometimes USPS. All shipping carries are decided by Margo's Inc..

Standard Shipping to the U.S.: Delivery within 7-10 business days form shipping for in-stock items.

Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories add $4.95 to the amount of shipping. All Deliveries are within 7-10 business days from shipping
for in-stock items.

APO and FPO Addresses all packages will be sent via USPS. Allow 221 business days for in stock items only.

International Express Delivery: Add $20.00 to standard delivery charges. In-stock items will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Backorders

If any item is out of stock, the merchandise that is in stock will be shipped immediately. Back ordered items are shipped within 30 days. All in
backordered merchandise will not be billed until time of shipment.
